About Araucaria excelsa Araucaria excelsa, or House pine, is a beautiful, easy-to-grow houseplant. The name suggests that this is a thorny tree, but the fresh green Araucaria excelsa is actually very cuddly. Araucaria excelsa performs well in 14 to 27 cm pots. This subtropical evergreen has a symmetrical, pyramidal shape and remains nicely compact indoors. At warm temperatures Araucaria can be placed outside as well.

Eucalyptus polyanthemos is an evergreen tree with rounded to egg-shaped to lance-shaped, green to bluish/grey leaves. Eucalyptus polyanthemos is used for commercial production of both floral foliage and eucalyptus trees. This foliage favourite is native to eastern Australia. Eucalyptus polyanthemos is commonly known as Red Box. Other internationally used common names for Eucalyptus polyanthemos are: Gum tree; Gomboom; Australian beech. Evanthia has Eucalyptus polyanthemos seeds available all year round for commercial production. Average Eucalyptus polyanthemos seeds per kilo: 3.300.000.
