Evanthia’s website monitors general visit data, including your computer’s IP address and the time it accessed our website, and data sent by your browser. This data is used to analyse visit and click behaviour on the website. Evanthia uses this information to improve the website's functioning. This data is anonymised as much as possible and is not passed on to third parties.


Evanthia uses Google Analytics to monitor how users use the website and the effectiveness of Adwords advertisements of Evanthia on Google search result pages. Evanthia has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained via Evanthia for other Google services.

When you send us an email or other message via one of the Evanthia services, it will be included in Evanthia's data files. As a consequence of backup procedures and the statutory retention obligation, these messages can be stored in accordance with the statutory retention period. Occasionally we will ask you for personal data relevant to the specific situation. This enables us to process your questions and respond to your requests.

The Evanthia services contain forms you can use to register for various other services, such as receiving newsletters or for attending events. We will keep the data you provide to us on these forms for as long as is necessary or reasonable in order to fully respond to or handle your request. Your request can also end up in Evanthia’s data files, where it can be stored as a consequence of backup procedures and the statutory retention obligation, in accordance with the statutory retention period.
