Celosia argentea cristata Bar Bora (Purple)
Celosia Bar Bora is a fluffy purple standout of heavy-duty quality. Compared to the Act series, the production time for Celosia Bar takes slightly longer, but you are rewarded with a large comb, a robust plant structure, extremely sturdy stems, and a very long vase life. Additionally, Celosia Bar is less susceptible to thrips than most other varieties on the market. By planting Bar Bora in the greenhouse from early spring until late summer, a cultivation period of 9 to 13 weeks allows for harvesting from spring to late autumn. Discover Celosia Bar Bossa as well, the chic champagne-colored Celosia of similar quality and design. Both Bar varieties are also well-suited for combined cultivation with Celosia Red Ace, a standalone variety with a radiant red comb.
