Helianthus SolSun Orange offers pollen-free flowers with overlapping orange petals and a deep black center. This radiant variety is less sensitive to day-length variations and continues to perform well under short-day conditions. By sowing outdoors from early spring to mid-summer and with a cultivation period of 8 to 11 weeks, SolSun Orange can be harvested from early summer until late autumn. The strong stems and large, sturdy buds hold up well during transport and processing. Because the flowers of Helianthus SolSun are pollen-free, the flower centers and petals stay clean, resulting in a longer shelf life.
