Evanthia is a young, ambitious organization with two dynamic divisions: Tropical and Flowers. We are growing rapidly, constantly exploring new markets and investing in our people. In an informal atmosphere, more than 90 colleagues work together on our ambitions — from developing distinctive varieties to building strong collaborations within the floriculture chain.
For our division Flowers, specialist in breeding, developing and marketing high-quality cut flowers and potted plants, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercial Sales Support Officer.
What you will be doing:
You are a natural controller with a commercial mindset. Customer focus is in your DNA, and you enjoy interacting with both customers and colleagues. You switch effortlessly between tasks and remain calm even during busy periods. With your positive energy and eye for detail, you know exactly what it takes to provide the right support to the sales team.
Your responsibilities:
· Processing and following up on orders, quotes, and price lists
· Supporting sales managers in their daily activities
· Maintaining customer and supplier relationships
· Managing and updating customer data in the CRM system
· Coordinate with departments such as logistics, seed warehouse and marketing
Your profile:
You have a commercial mindset and are customer-focused, organized and stress-resistant—you maintain an overview even during busy periods. With your energy, accuracy and humor, you are the connecting link within the sales team.
You also bring:
· MBO+ level of education or equivalent experience
· At least 1 year of experience in a commercial office or sales support role
· Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
· Skilled in planning, prioritizing and working accurately
· Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
· Service-oriented, responsible and a team player
