For our division Flowers, specialist in breeding, developing and marketing high-quality cut flowers and potted plants, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercial Sales Support Officer.
What are you going to do:
You are a real controller with a commercial attitude. Customer focus is part of your nature and you enjoy being in touch with both customers and colleagues. You switch effortlessly between tasks and stay calm even when it's busy. With your positive energy and eye for detail, you know exactly what it takes to support the sales team in the right way.
Your tasks:
· Processing and following up orders, quotes and price lists
· Supporting sales managers in their daily work
· Maintaining customer contacts and supplier relationships
· Managing and updating customer data in the CRM system
· Coordinate with departments such as logistics, seed warehouse and marketing
Your profile:
You have a commercial mindset and you are customer-focused, organized and stress-resistant - even during busy periods, you keep an overview. With your energy, accuracy and humor, you are the connecting link within the sales team.
You also bring:
· MBO+ work and thinking level
· At least 1 year of experience in a commercial office or sales support position
· Good communication skills in Dutch and English
· Strong in planning, prioritizing and working accurately
· Analytical thinking and proactive attitude
· Service-oriented, responsible and collegial
