Dianthus Barcelona is a true 100% Sweet William / Dianthus barbatus. This new Dianthus flowers 80 - 100 days after sowing. Barcelona can be grown as an annual with a crop time of 10 to 14 weeks. Dianthus Barcelona does not require a cold period for flower induction. It offers strong, sturdy stems, masses of flowers, a compact form, dark green leaves and makes for an excellent cut flower. Once blooming, Barcelona continues to produce an abundance of large flowers on strong, sturdy stems.
